Bypicknick partnered with Dierendonck Butchery to bring its Oedslach® dry-aged beef to life on screen. Renowned for its artisan techniques across six ateliers in Belgium and its Michelin-star restaurant Carcasse in Koksijde, the brand wanted to capture the craftsmanship, quality, and passion behind its meat.
Our team filmed from farm to table, showing Hendrik Dierendonck hand-feeding his herd, the meticulous dry-aging process, and the culinary experience at Carcasse. The resulting one-minute commercial debuted at the Ghent Horeca Expo, drawing crowds at the Dierendonck stand and highlighting the premium quality of Oedslach® beef.
To extend reach, Bypicknick produced multiple teaser videos for social media and online channels, generating unprecedented exposure and solidifying Dierendonck’s reputation for excellence among chefs, retailers, and meat lovers alike.
